The recepitionist on the check in day promise me a free break fast and on the check out day she( other receptionist) told me to pay the 5 days breakfast wand when she make sure from the receptionist she will return back my money . Then they send me a messege that they could not do that

One night we were upgraded to a suite (room 10) which was very quite and nice (of course it was bigger, but that was not important for us), the second night we were in room 36 - the room was noisy in the morning, and the bed was very small.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel sehr genossen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer modern, sauber und ruhig und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Das Flair des Hotels hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
