The hotel is excellent but the fact that there is no sound insulation is very surprising and a serious drawback as it means that with windows closed you still hear all the cars in the street etc. which may prevent people from sleeping. Next time I will specifically ask for a room that is not on the street side.

Wirklich super service, gratis Getränke bereitzustellen. Die Frühstückspauschale von EUR 15,- halte ich für zu hoch, angemessen sind aufgrund der großen Auswahl und des frischen Obsts rund EUR 10,-.

W-LAN-Funktion ist sehr mäßig und sollte verbessert werden! Eigentlich funktioniert der Anschluß nur im Foyer richtig gut.

We loved our stay at the Viennart Hotel in Vienna. The location is perfect as it is only a few steps away from the Cafe Leopold and hence onto the whole Museums Quarter. It's also only a few steps away from the Volkstheater Underground station. The hotel is wonderful, beautifully stylish and really a pleasure to walk into. Our room was a good size, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Our room looked out onto the main road and with the windows closed we could hardly hear the hustle and bustle of cars, taxis, trams etc outside. The reception staff were a pleasure to talk to and extremely helpful in ordering taxis or helping us plan a route on a map. We just loved our stay in Vienna and I'm positive that the Viennart Hotel had something to do with that. We'll be back and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I chose this Hotel because of the wireless connection (I was coming to Vienna for my work). The service was unusable, with download speeds smaller than 1kb/s ! Apart from that, the hotel was perfect.
