Je recommanderais cet hôtel surtout à cause de sa situation. Il est possible d'aller à pieds dans la plupart des musées et le Ring, c'est pratique. Ma carte bleue visa électron (France) n'a pas été acceptée par la machine de l'hôtel, ce qui nous a compliqué la vie.

Ich fand es nicht gut, daß wir im Gegensatz zu 2010 das Frühstück (das in Ordnung war!) noch extra mit 15 € ziemlich teuer bezahlen mussten.

The receptionists were very nice and friendly but should have a better knowledge of recommending restaurants etc...

We really enjoyed staying at your facility. Everyone we encountered, from front desk staff to housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Vienna.

I booked a room with a double bed but we had to spent the first night in two separated twin beds, this is the only negative point I have to report
