Plus: Your employees were very nice and helpful. Negative: When we came home in the evening on Saturday, our room was left unlocked by the room service. This is unacceptable. The safe did not work

The lobby is VERY impressive and inviting and the location was the best part of my stay, many restaurants and shopping nearby. I was hping for a more colorful, cheerful room (it had a sterile feeling) with better amentities, like a shower cap and tea/coffee. Last time in Vienna I stayed at Das Tyrol which I prefer.

staff very helpful espically one gentleman was also very friendly and spoke english very well.

leider kein platz um sich hinzusetzen um zu rauchen. Auch keine kleine bar. Fur eine ubernachtung reichtst.
