Grundsätzlich war wirklich alles bestens, nur eine wärmere Decke bzw. zusätzliche Wolldecke habe ich vermisst. In der Nacht war es ziemlich kalt und ich habe mich mit meiner Winterjacke zugedeckt. Ansonsten alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit, voe allem die Lage ist unschlagbar! Gruß F.Schneider

EL servicio de limpieza lamentable. El PRIMER DIA NO REPUSIERON EL JABON DE MI DUCHA. EL SEGUNDO DEJE LA LLAVE A LAS 9 y a las 15 h la habitacion no estaba limpia.No se disculparon por ello. Solo enviaron a alguien cuando avise. Ni siquiera fregaron los vasos usados.

Chambre 403. un radiateur de chauffage central était impossible à arrêter (nous avons oublié de le signaler). Ceci n'est pas une critique de l’hôtel.

I have stayed here before, I like the style and the tone of the hotel. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The location is perfect for enjoying the Christmas markets and the big cultural sights. I like it because it is not high tone with fawning butlers and flunkies. It is efficient, stylish, relaxed and comfortable. Effortless good fun, made easy by people who know what they are doing! Thank you for a great holiday in one of the finest cities in the world. Peter.
