While the location of the hotel was superb, the staff sometimes seemed not so friendly .

We were on the corner of the building on the 3rd floor so it was a little noisy. Additionally, there were other guests in a room down hall screaming rather loudly between 9 and 10pm during our stay. The breakfast was superb and the front desk service was awesome. The young man at the reception desk in the afternoon/evenings was super friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

My room was soiled and it took too much effort to get it cleaned up. I was not treated well during this problem, which was ultimately resolved.
