The hotel was in a decent location, actually a great location for distance to old and new town. It was hard to find English speaking help at the hotel. We didn't receive a lot of guidance.

We always love the Austrotel - it has so much to recommend it. I was so pleased that my requests had been met: eg smoking room. One niggle was that our ashtray was never emptied by the chambermaid, also on two mornings our towels were left unfolded on the rail - it is behind the door and i think was overlooked. But these are small issues - we love the Austrotel.

I run a business and the main cosideration when booking a hotel is wifi. Unfortunately the wifi did not work for three days, causing delays and extra cost trying to find an alternative wifi location.

There was a beeping noise in the hallway on the top floor, which didn't bother me so much, but it could probably be fixed so that it doesn't bother others.

Da die Betten keine Erhöhung des Kopfteils hatten oder durch Verstellen zuließen, sollten im Schrank zweite Kopfkissen vorrätig sein, um (älteren) Gästen, die es gewohnt sind mit höher liegendem Kopf zu schlafen, dieses möglich zu machen.
