We had one problem in that building work started half way through our stay and we woke one morning to builders at our bedroom window [we were on the second floor] so had to go and complain and ask to be moved. Would like to have been advised of this on check in and given a suitable room that would have meant we didn't have to pack up and move.

it is really uncomfortable to listen the sound of the neighbour's shower when you are trying to sleep. The second problem is parking...

The hotel was in a decent location, actually a great location for distance to old and new town. It was hard to find English speaking help at the hotel. We didn't receive a lot of guidance.

We always love the Austrotel - it has so much to recommend it. I was so pleased that my requests had been met: eg smoking room. One niggle was that our ashtray was never emptied by the chambermaid, also on two mornings our towels were left unfolded on the rail - it is behind the door and i think was overlooked. But these are small issues - we love the Austrotel.

I run a business and the main cosideration when booking a hotel is wifi. Unfortunately the wifi did not work for three days, causing delays and extra cost trying to find an alternative wifi location.
