It's a shame there are not more genuine twin rooms -ie with completely separate beds. Also that there are no twin smoking rooms - the one we were initially given was small and dark, and very musty. i don't smoke, but many people still do. I hate having to send my 80 yearold mother out onto the street to have a cigarette. I love your hotel though, and the staff are fantastic.
