Is the hotel air conditioned?

The entire lobby, breakfast area and reception are air conditioned.

Do you have facilities for bicycles?

No, there are no facilities for bicycles, which must remain on the pavement outside.

Is it possible to have breakfast early on the departure day?

Breakfast is served from 7 am. We would be glad to prepare a lunch packet if you need to leave earlier. Please notify the reception at the latest on the evening before your departure.

Is it possible to have breakfast on the day of arrival, and how much does it cost?

We would be glad to make our generous breakfast buffet available for € 15.00 per person.

Do you have cots and additional beds?

Yes, cots and additional beds are available free of charge for children up to 12 years of age.

Are early check-in and late check-out possible?

Early check-in is possible if the room is free; late check-out is possible for a fee.

Is the hotel equipped for handicapped persons?

Unfortunately, the building is not designed for handicapped persons

Does the hotel have Internet connections?

An Internet connection for notebooks can be provided free of charge in the rooms (W-LAN). There is also a free Internet terminal in the lobby right next to the reception desk.

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, from Monday to Thursday inclusive.

Do you have a luggage room?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.

Can I park in front of the hotel?

You can park for 10 minutes in front of the hotel for loading and unloading. Ask at the reception for a 10-minute free parking ticket.

Is there parking near the hotel?

The entire district is a parking zone requiring a parking ticket from 9 am to 10 pm.

Where can I park my car? How much does it cost?

In the public underground car park by Leiner "Elbel" (300m from the hotel)
It costs EUR 20.00 per 24 hours.

Do you allow pets?

No.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

No, but there are many restaurants nearby. The reception staff would be glad to provide you with further information.

Is there room service?

The hotel offers only a breakfast service.

When are the rooms available on the day of arrival?

From 2 pm. A room to store your luggage is available if you arrive before this time.

When must the rooms be vacated on the day of departure?

By 12 noon. Later departure times can be arranged with reception.

How much is a telephone unit?

EUR 0.08 per unit.
