When saying that "value for money" was excellent, I must clarify that I got an incredible offer and didn't have to pay the full rate (EUR 210, as far as I know). Therefore, I 'only' paid EUR 80 for a lovely double room with plenty of natural light and superb deco.

Muy buena localización, muy cerca del metro. Las habitaciones están limpias y son agradables, pero un poco pequeñas. En las habitaciones superiores se echa en falta el aire acondicionado o al menos un ventilador de techo para poder dormir. En mi opinión el olor de los ambientadores de los pasillo es demasiado fuerte. El ascensor es demasiado antiguo, sería conveniente que lo remodelasen.
