Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful. The free hot and cold drinks helped us a lot through long work sessions in the dining area. I did like the location of the hotel and the fact that tee and coffee were free of charge, but there were so many buts...first of all the room had weird smell really bad smell, we were listening to the sounds of the room next door, the reception - two grils were fine but one girl (whose name i dont remeber) was very rude, the room was very small, the furniture was old and lack functionality....

Wenn ich mir was wünschen dürfte, dann immer ein Zimmer "nach hinten raus". Dürfte man das bei der Buchung angeben? Ah ja und echte Briochekipferl, dann wäre das köstliche Frühstück perfekt. Besonders fein finde ich Ihr Frühbucher/ Last Minute Angebote auf Ihrer Website. Wir sind beinahe schon so was wie Stammgäste und freuen uns schon sehr aufs Wiederkommen!

The perfect hotel for a visit to Vienna. Ideally placed (literally a step away from the Museum Quarter) and terrific value. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. This hotel is no frills but it is warm, comfortable, has modern decor and a 24hr desk - a pleasure to return to each evening.
