The staff is very, very helpful and very cordial. The hotel is very clean and neat, this is something very important. I appreciated complimentary drinks - coffee and juices. The only thing you may consider to improve is air-conditioning: already in late May (when I visited) room was really warm during the day.

The room was unbearably hot, noisy and cramped. For a supposed 'Art Hotel' the decor was extremely dated and unstylish. I tried not to fill in “Cleanliness of the Room” because allthough the room was clean, there was one big setback: The showerwater immediately flooded the bathroom, because the drain was clogged up. When I removed the very modern drainsystem it was completely clogged up with a lot of hair, which I (naked and wet) had to remove with fingers (quite disgusting) to the toilet. Then the waterflooding problem was totally gone. I thoroughly washed my hands, and finnished showering. I have reported this to your deskpeople, who apologised. But as hair in the drain/sewersystem of a shower is a common aspect of any room, I am still amazed that this has gone this far and leaves me wonder how other rooms are looked after in this regard, and how this is built in to your cleaning system. Services and Facilities I have not encountered nor seen communicated, so no entry there either. When we made our reservation online, we asked for a late check out. None of the staff at the reception informed us that we couldn’t have late check out unless if we asked it personally on our arrival.On the day of our departure we went for a walk and when we returned at the hotel one of our rooms was locked and we were informed that the staff packed the clients personal items! The employer at the reception claimed that we should ask personally for a late check out and that the hotel didn’t have our phone numbers. The hotel had our companies' phone number and the specific luggage had the owners' mobile number but instead of calling us and informed us about the situation, they packed for us which we consider it as unacceptable and unprofessional from your side. Also, later on we discovered that one shirts was missing. Our team travel very often abroad for professional reasons and this is the first time we faced such an unprofessional situation.
