Great location and nice hotel..will always recommend

Das Zimmer neben dem Aufzug war viel zu laut. Die Betten waren sehr hart. Sonst war alles ok. Toll war das Kaffee-Angebot

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind allerdings nicht dem Preis entsprechend, ich würde sie als renovierungsbedürftig bezeichnen, auch ist es sehr hellhörig, was nicht von Vorteil ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich und die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt zur Erkundung von Wien.

re wifi - it would be good if the passwords lasted longer than 8hrs so you don't have to leave your room first thing in the morning to get a new password. re room rate - when i booked online, i booked a promotional deal, however when i clicked to confirm, the site told me the room was full on one of the nights so the promotional deal was unavailable. i contacted the hotel by email and was told another of the nights was fully booked so i could not book the deal. however, when i booked online on a higher rate, there was availability. i believe the difference was only approx 30 euros but still, that i was told by a staff member that the hotel was full, when it wasn't and that i had to pay approx 30 euros more than originally quoted, i was not impressed.

Tolle, zentrale Lage zu Museen und Staatsoper! Netter Service! Positiv, dass einige Zimmer nun ohne Teppichboden ausgestattet sind Türen/Bettrahmen sollten erneuert werden.
