Plus: Your employees were very nice and helpful.
Negative: When we came home in the evening on Saturday, our room was left unlocked by the room service. This is unacceptable.

The lobby is VERY impressive and inviting and the location was the best part of my stay, many restaurants and shopping nearby. I was hping for a more colorful, cheerful room (it had a sterile feeling) with better amentities, like a shower cap and tea/coffee. Last time in Vienna I stayed at Das Tyrol which I prefer.

leider kein platz um sich hinzusetzen um zu rauchen. Auch keine kleine bar. Fur eine ubernachtung reichtst.
