I will suggest something easy to fix, change the bedlamp bulbs, the light is very cold , white and is not cozy. It gives the impression of being in an airplane or bus.

lage, zimmer, ausstattung, preis ... alles gut. besonders aufgefallen ist mir der sehr nette empfang + der auffallend freundliche service. vielen dank. absolut empfehlenswert. ich komme wieder .... ;)

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man online weiterhin das Frühstück auch für das early bird Angebot für 10 Euro pro Person buchen könnte. Anderenfalls besteht kein Anreiz, das Frühstück schon 2 Monoate vorher online zu buchen und zu bezahlen.

tere is not much you can do about the rabble on the street at 4 am on the weekend nights. but it was a little annoying to be awoken by loud spanish at 430 AM

Very disappointed concerning the laundry service, which had a deleterious impact upon our stay at Viennart. There was a major problem and resulting dissatisfaction with the laundry service. We submitted laundry on Wednesday afternoon after check-in. We were told on Thursday that the laundry service did not pick laundry that day. So, if we wanted to have our laundry back by Friday, we would have to pay "express fees" to have the laundry completed. This is extremely poor service, and the cost to have the laundry processed was outrageous. Management needs to address this matter to prevent angering future guests.
